Navā40 Lab. is a Canadian healthtech company translating clinically validated, non-pharmacological sensory environment interventions into commercial products for dementia care. Our flagship product is a clinically validated sound-based intervention that reduces behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia in long-term care settings; built on a foundation of peer-reviewed soundscape research and auditory scene analysis deficits in dementia, we’re continuing to refine and improve it through ongoing research.

Founded by Arezoo Talebzadeh, PhD, Navā40 lab. exists to give long-term care operators, clinicians, and families a better way to support residents living with dementia, without relying on pharmacological intervention alone.
